My family has been members here for 3 years now and love the environment. I do both the strength and conditioning classes. The program is really well written and has helped me tremendously. The coaches are amazing and take the time to work with everyone to make sure you are comfortable with each exercise.My son does a small group training class designed for athletes and it’s helped him gain confidence he needs in order to succeed in his full contact sport.Cannot recommend this gym enough!!!

I honestly expected a quick adjustment and to be sent on my way, like most chiropractors do — but that’s not how Dr. Ted operates.He took the time to actually evaluate me, explain what was happening in my body, and walk me through the real root cause instead of just chasing symptoms. He didn’t force a big “crack” for show — he gave me precise, gentle adjustments and then spent time correcting my lifting technique so I stop re-injuring myself in the future.I walked out feeling noticeably better, lighter, and moving more freely. Such a positive experience with Dr. Riley and the whole staff. I had started as a client after injuring my back lifting. After the initial assessment, I was given a workout plan to continue to move with different bodyweight exercises as tolerated. Dr Isaac and staff are amazing! I’ve been an athlete and coach for all my life. Originally started working with Dr Ted with the simple hope of getting to a manageable pain level. Every body is different. While some patients see significant improvements in 4-6 weeks, a full return-to-sport or peak performance timeline typically ranges from 8 to 16 weeks depending on your specific goals.
